BEFORE ENROLLING: PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOU MUST BE CURRENTLY WORKING AT A LONG TERM CARE FACILITY AND HAVE A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR ITS EQUIVALENT (IT IS A TEXAS LAW).
Thank you for your interest in enrolling for the Medication Aide program at ACE Training Institute. To register, please follow these steps:
1. Download and print out the application
2. Fill out the entire application (including the page titled FOR SCHOOL USE ONLY. You may check off I WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT at the bottom, sign, and date since you will receive all hours from ACE only).
3. Gather personal documents including identification, social security card, and U.S high school diploma or it's equivalent (GED, evaluation, or transcript).
4. Scan and submit application and documents via email to email@example.com
5. Send payment via Zelle to 281-686-4448 to Stella Iyare or CashApp to $ACETrainingInstitute or using your credit/debit card over the phone to 713-771-7737
Please note that applications will only be processed if they are completed and an initial payment of $300 minimum has been made.
